PurelyU Returns Policy

PurelyU operates a 14 day returns policy. You can return a product in its original condition and unopened within 14 days of your receipt of the item, and we will refund you as per our refund policy below.

Please email us to alert us of your reasons for the return at info@purelyu.com. We do not accept postage costs for returned items. We are unable to refund the cost of giftwrapping or shipping.

You will understand that we are unable to accept the following as returns:
• Any opened products, unless they are faulty. Please indicate clearly why you think the item is faulty.
• Any products without their original packaging
• Any products purchased more than 14 days previously

We strongly suggest you use recorded delivery to return products to us.

How to package a return:

Please wrap your item carefully, to ensure it isn’t damaged in the post. Mark your package with the following:
